Shipping & Returns

Most orders will ship within 48hrs unless you specify a different time frame. Your product will usually arrive between 2-10 business days after shipment is made depending on your location and selected freight choice. We pride ourselves in making your event date so please be accurate when putting that in. However, note that if you need express or expedited shipping, rates could vary and you will be notified before we ship. Standard shipping will be via FedEx ground and you will be sent a tracking number via email once your product has shipped. If you need a product in a rush please contact us to process your order and to get pricing and time frames.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Paint cannot be reused or returned if opened and we do not guarantee shipping with standard shipping. While it is possible your event success could be determined by the weather, we cannot change our policy to accommodate canceled or rained out events. The paint will last for years if stored in a cool dry area out of the sunlight so should your event get postponed, please store with care. Should a paint product be damaged during shipping, it will be replaced at no charge using the same shipping method as when ordered. For other products, we test them to make sure they work before they are shipped and if they are damaged during shipping we will take up a claim with the carrier. If there are any other defects, we will replace the item at no charge. In that case, please contact us for an RMA (return material authorization) in which will handle on a case-by-case basis after the defective item is returned and examined.

We may collect information from you when you register on our site when you place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
